These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Quick Mounting website (the “Site”) and the TV mounting and installation services (the “Services”) provided by Quick Mounting. Please read these Terms carefully before accessing the Site or booking a Service. By accessing the Site or booking a Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. Services

Quick Mounting provides professional TV mounting and installation services. The specific details of the Services, including pricing, are described on the Site. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services at any time without prior notice.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Booking: You can book a Service through our website, by phone, or by email. When you book a Service, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your requirements, including your contact details, service address, TV size, wall type, and any special instructions.
  • Pricing: The prices for our Services are displayed on the Site. Prices may vary depending on the specific requirements of your job, and we will provide you with a quote before confirming your booking. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed.
  • Payment: Payment for Services is due upon completion of the job, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept payment by [List your accepted payment methods, e.g., cash, credit card, debit card]. If you make a payment online, you may be redirected to a third-party payment processor’s website, and their terms and conditions will apply to the payment transaction.
  • Cancellation: Customer must pay call out fee (£99+VAT), if cancelling appointment less then 24h before arriving.

3. Your Responsibilities

  • Access: You are responsible for ensuring that our technicians have safe and reasonable access to your premises at the scheduled appointment time.
  • Information: You must provide us with accurate and complete information about your TV, wall type, and any other relevant details that may affect the installation.
  • Presence: You or an authorized representative must be present at the premises during the service appointment.
  • Questions and Concerns: You can raise any questions, queries or concerns only while our technicians are present at their premises.
  • Acceptance of Work: If technicians left the client premises it means the client accepted the job in full.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • Service Quality: We will perform the Services with reasonable skill and care. However, we do not guarantee that the Services will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
  • Property Damage: We will take reasonable precautions to avoid damaging your property during the installation. However, we are not liable for any damage that is not directly caused by our negligence.
  • Indirect Damages: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure is caused by an event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or government regulations.

5. Additional Charges

  • Additional visit to the client premises will be charged according to the call out fees.
  • Additional services provided to the client will be charged according to the price list on the website.
  • Prices may differ in accordance to the job that customer requires.

6. Intellectual Property

The content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Quick Mounting or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
