2. If technicians left the client premises it means the client accepted the job in full.

3. Additional visit to the client premises will be charged according to the call out fees.

4. Additional services provided to the client will be charged according to the price list on the website.

5. Prices may differ in accordance to the job that customer requires.

6. Customer must pay call out fee (£99+VAT), if cancelling appointment less then 24h before arriving.
